We don't have iPhone 5 selled in my country yet, probably till December, my app is from an event that will occur in the end of November. May I submit this app with this configurations of Xcode and iOS? Or not? Is it forbidden? Is it will difficult the submittion of my app? I will have to update my app and the xcode? So if your country doesn't have the app store, that's fine, or the iPhone 5. But if you haven't tested on a real device, you'll probably want to do that.
