If you go into your app's core properties on the buzztouch control panel you will see an option for allow/prevent rotation. This lets you select whether you want screens to rotate on all devices or just large devices (tablets). There is a way to go into the code and make the app not rotate on ALL devices which you can probably find by searching the forum. But making some screens rotate an others not would require some coding on your part involving (I guess) a new plug in.
