It's called Prepo and you can put any image, and it automatically makes a @2x version and iPad resolution. As well as that, it also resizes the app icons, which now in Xcode 5, requires 14 images, so this saves a lot of time. I found it a few days ago, and I'm really wishing I had found it months ago, because I have spent so much time resizing images, which is a frankly pointless task.
