Help needed! I have a big problem, all images in my app on my custom url webpages has stopped showing. It is just an x and I have no idea what is wrong. Im helping a friend for a big presentetion in two days. This is 1,5 mac. It used to work just fine. Now I just see the text. Someone!? Ps. If I write the url in a webbrowser everything shows perfect. Hi, this is on devices and in simulator? just checked custom url in my app and looked fine..BT server is a little slow right now as well, not that it should be the reason your custom url screens are not showing images

Yes, in my device and in simulator. It,s just in the web browser it looks ok. I was wrong to say it is a x, it´s a ? where the image is supposed to be. Its so strange. Do not know if something have changed? Do I need more than an url. I just make a xhtml for mobile devices. I am a no code girl but i have managed to set up both plattforms. It took me a few days struggling but I did it. This should not be so hard but I cannot figure it out and Im running out of time. Thank you for the tip about the slow server. If the server is a bit slow then the other ones must be the same... I must check!

So is it custom URL or custom HTML screen you made?

The URL you sent is only showing ? when entered into the BT custom url screen, when entering the same url into custom html/text screen it creates a link that does open the webpage properly...not sure at this point...i am sure later this evening BT will help clear this up :)

Sounds like Ian has once again displayed his super-powers. Well done! Not sure what else to advise. It doesn't sound like the issue was related to the buzztouch backend but instead the URL being used. re-post if it's still not working ;-)

Thank you I will. Still I cannot figure out how to prevent this in the future. I think this problem can be my cat jumping up on the keyboard and changing some setting in Dreamweaver i will never find again. But maybe it´s unfair to blame the cat :) If anyone has an Idea on what went wrong please post a comment here!
