How do I update buzztouch?

I have not used Buzztouch for 2 years and I just started a new app today. I was not given an option of choosing a version. Under the app icon in the control panel it says version 1.0. Is this correct? Or should it say the newest version of buzztouch? If it shouldn't be version 1.0, how do I update it? I do not have self hosting... Title Comments I am a little confused.
