I did the new verison of google maps when I hook it up to my phone I get a cell phone with a circle and a line threw it with clouds in the back ground please help me been trying to get this up for a long time

That 'sounds' like the plugin isn't installed. But I'm taking a wild guess; I don't know if you're using Android or iOS. I don't know what plugin you're trying this with. You don't mention anything about the error logs.
