Custom URL screen very lag

You can download the App in question from menu link or here: www.manhattanwash.com/manhattanwash.apk The app is simply displaying an login screen(which can also be accessed from the website,you can use kmt/kmtkmt to login), and, after having login, users can click a button to send an email to the admin. But the App behaves somewhat laggy on both screens, responding to screen input very slowly. My phone is brand new Samsung GS4, so it shouldn't have anything to do with my phone.
