Hi Rahul, Probably not all that easily. Android requires an external application to view PowerPoint slides...so, the user would have to leave your app to view the slides, which negates the need for an app! If you could convert the slides to HTML, and maintain the hyperlinks, you could use the HTML screen and it would go from page to page. That's about the only way I could think to do it. PowerPoint is best suited for presentations, while an app encourages interactivity and exploration. It there is a way to change you content to that perspective, it might be worth the time. Mark

hi mark, thanks for the response, well actually this is just a prototype and the client has already approved it. and wants to see a demo on the phone. the slides are inter linked . and all just have static content at the moment, so was thinking if there is a way to directly make the conversion. . of course which doing the actual app it would probably be made with the html version

Ah, gotcha. You want to take your current PPT and turn it into an a pseudo-app so you can demonstrate how an actual app, based on the same content, would work. No way to do that in buzztouch, and no way in general that I'm aware of. You could mock up some screens with the ppt content in it, just to give them an idea of how it would look on an actual device? But to turn the ppt content directly into a runnable apk file...I don't think that's possible. I did a Google search, and didn't come up with anything useful. Mark

Can't you just save each slide as an image and create screens using the blank screen plugin with the background images set to the images you saved?

hi chris, i actually can, but then the screens have multiple links on the same page so an image might not suffice (unless there be some functionality to mark parts of the screen as hyperlink like in the first frontpage versions)

Wait for my new "HTML Pro" plugin to be released, which does exactly that! ;)

hi chris, ya i was told by niraj about ur new plugin, but this client needs the demo within 2 days so guess it wouldnt be possible to use it for the demo, but would definitely be gr8 for the actual app. anyways, would be gr8 if anyone could add in a suggestion on how the direct link could be put, i am also going to try out a few combinations if it works..
