iPad Mini, Instructions, EULA & Splash Screen

Some time ago there was some discussion on how to display a "instructions" or "Splash screen". This is of particular interest to BTv1.5 (Android) since the BTv1.5 (Android) Splash Screen has a bug. But it's very useful for BTv1.5 (iOS) and BTv2.0 iOS & Android. Using a tabbed layout (multiple home screens) Tab #1 Html doc screen (Embedded or via URL link) Tab #2 - 5 use accordingly HTML Doc is a multi-page doc. First page is Image (or not) Page redirects to page two after x seconds (or button click) (or whichever comes first) Button could take user to: a. EULA b. Instructions c. Skip splash screen (for the impatient) d. Wherever For iOS: Default.png --> Splash --> HTML Splash Screen --> Home Screen (HTML Doc) The Default.png is found in the BT_Art folder. For Android: Splash --> HTML Splash Screen --> Home Screen (HTML Doc) Fred www.MySkylla.com For those that don't know how to embed an image into a html here's how) <a href=""><img title="ipad-mini.jpg" class="alignnone" alt="image" src="http://myskyllanotesmy.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/wpid-ipad-mini.jpg" /></a> Make the iPad Mini image clickable by using the href. Replace the src="" with your image reference. Add buttons accordingly. Use localStorage (Cookies on steroids) to display different pages. Fred
