Usage Map Blank?

Hi, I haven't been able to view the usage map for my app for a while now. Has it been discontinued or something? I click on it, but it just stays blank and says "Loading map data" forever. This is both in Chrome 34 and in Firefox 28, on a PC running Windows 8.1. You can see my app here on my profile page: https://www.buzztouch.com/SJWWebMaster Thanks!

Oh wow, one of MGoBlue's apps. That one was made way back in 2011! It needs to be updated to match up with today's version of iOS. I remember seeing other people reporting the same problem. Looks like it has not been fixed yet. Are you using Buzztouch.com or your own self-hosted server? -- Niraj

It's being hosted on Buzztouch.com. I don't know how to update it. I designed the app through BT and it was compiled and submitted for me by one of the other BT users. What should I do?

When was the app last updated? On the App Store, the date seems to be in 2011. If it truly was updated that long ago, then perhaps the connectivity between the old app and the new BT server has been severed. Then I suggest for you to update the app so that the iOS code matches up with the v3 of the Server code. ----------- Also, try this link to see if others are having the same problem: https://www.google.com/search?q=site:buzztouch.com/forum+usage+map Notice how we narrow the search just to look within the forum. -- Niraj

Here is a relevant post addressing the issue I have raised. I suggest for you to update the iOS app by using v3 of the Buzztouch code. https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=8142F80890CA525BE4D37D9 -- Niraj

If you haven't advanced your mobile coding skills since you've released the app, you may find it easier to reconnect with the person that assisted before, and get them to recompile/re-release an updated version. Cheers! -- Smug

I'm Wildcats country here. ;) Many of my fellow Kentuckians are still mourning the loss of the championship. Flags are still at half-mast. Ha ha!
