Can someone please tell me as simply as possible, how to form the jason for a Screen Data URL link, ive been trying all morning and i cant get the json right, i,m trying to launch my first screen from a data url, as its incredibly slow to start, thanks sean

im buzz hosted so the first one wont work dude,i was going to use the copy app plugin , but it seams its not finished and it still looks to buzz for directions, i bought the json converter, but could never get it to work, all i want to try is my first menu with image screen and see if it speeds up the loading process, the json is below, but i dont know how to form it for the screen data url
