Tips for first app- Lookup of Items in a Dictionary (iOS then Android)

Hi.. Looking to create my first app. I have a custom Bible Dictionary (yes, I have the rights to it) that I want to turn into an app. I currently have it as a pdf (8.4 meg) a .mobi file (5.3 meg) and an ePub file (1.7 meg). Basically, I want the user to go to A and browse (scroll), or B to browse, etc. However, the main navigation tool will be a Search on the Entry Name and also a search (word or phrase) of the entire dictionary. Tips and/or suggestion before I even get started would be appreciated. First pass will be iOS. Then Android. Heres a few sample entries: WAGES. Earnings; hire (Ge. 29:15; 30:28; 31:7; Ex. 2:9; Le. 19:13; Je. 22:13; Hag. 1:6; Lk. 3:14; Jn. 4:36). The support of a missionary or preacher is called “wages” (2 Co. 11:8). The wages of sin is death (Ro. 6:23; 2 Pe. 2:15). [See Employment, Labor.] WAIT UPON. (1) To watch after; attend to; serve (Nu. 8:24; 2 Ch. 13:10). (2) To have patience; to look to; to trust (Ps. 37:9; 123:2; 145:15; Is. 8:17; 40:31; 51:5; Je. 14:22). WALK. (1) To step; to proceed (Ge. 24:65; Ex. 2:5). (2) Way of life; manner of living (2 Co. 10:2; Ga. 2:14; Ep. 2:2; Col. 3:7; 1 Pe. 4:3; 1 Jn. 2:6). WALLOW. Roll (Je. 6:26). WANT. To Lack (Jn. 2:3).

Hi, i would definitely get buzztouch v1.5 to work on apps...BT-server will be getting the most support in the future...not sure with current BT apps you will be able search for specifics in your documents like you want...You will have the most flexibility with v1.5 for ios, so maybe start playing around with it...you will be surprised what you can come up with...i have used alot of javascript in custom html screens to make very cool apps :)
