Do you absolutely need a Mac computer to upload ur apps to the Apple? I have been told you dont even need the Mac to be a developer for the iphone apps...TRUE???? One or two services out there now claim to let you do away with xcode but don't believe they work too well. To answer your question as it was written though, no you don't need a Mac to upload the apps, iTunes Connect is web based but you will need a Mac for xcode, unless something has changed recently that has been kept secret from me.
