Welcome to Buzztouch! Sorry you're having an issue! These instructions used to be included in the BTv2 iOS downloads… I think they're updating the instructions, but for the most part, you can still get some good knowledge out of these… https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/instructionsiOS.pdf give that a shot, and see if things go a little smoother. If not, let us know a few more details about what happens, or doesn't happen, and we'll move from there. Cheers! -- Smug

Houston we have problem. OK, sorry for that. Echo the above. What happens when you try to open? Does your Mac scream anything? You'll be up in no time. Ps Welcome to BT! Was in Houston once, conference, free bar, dangerous.

OK. Not sure here. Has Xcode worked before? Is this a new issue or first run issue? Have you tried downloading again? Stick with it,, it'll be something simple but new to me as well.

hmmm… could the file be corrupt? It should end up as xxxx.zip, and at least in theory, should autoexpand into a directory when you 'open' it. The resulting folder is the item you want to work with… If "that" doesn't turn out to be a directory, then you may want to try downloading it again and giving it another try. If you've done that a couple of times and you still have the same issue, then there is a problem and we'll probably ask a lot of questions working through it. Let us know what happens… Cheers! -- Smug

Nothing that looks like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/115208762/ss_btdownload.png ?? If not, could you take a screen shot so we can have a better idea about what you're seeing? (Command-Shift-3 for a Mac screenshot) Cheers! -- Smug

Is it just one app? Can you download other apps? Create a new one and download? I'm on iPhone right now. I can try downloading your app tomorrow. This self hosted or hosted here at BT!?

That link will not work as it is local to your machine. Take a screenshot and share it with us. Stick with us. Nothing but a silly issue you'll laugh at in the days to come.

That link goes to a local file. You'll need some kind of internet accessible storage location, such as 'drop box' or send it as an email attachment to 'smugwimp at smugwimp dot com'. use an @ and a '.' where normally appropriate. Cheers! -- Smug

Don't worry about being new; we were all new once. I'm just not as new as before. You could try uploading it to 'tinypic' and sharing the URL (web address) with us: http://tinypic.com Cheers! -- Smug

Got it :) That is odd. It's as if the files weren't downloaded completely. And this has happened each time you download? Could you 'whip together' another quick test app and download that? It seems as if you're using some kind of app called the 'Unarchiver'. Have you tried just using the macintosh 'unarchive' utility to open it? Cheers! -- Smug
