I hate asking for help, seldom do, I like to figure things out for myself, I learn that way but....... I was having some issues dropping in Parse for an app update. Felt stupid as I have used Parse for a couple of years on several apps. MrDavid stepped in, got me sorted in 20 mins and made me look like an amateur on my first day with BT. I like Parse too, but recently found that by having Parse installed, my ios app will not start unless it is internet connected. I may use parse for a backup but I did find a fix for my PN self hosted CP issue. Ya with parse you don't need a dedicated IP but its cloud based so its internet dependent. Clients don't like that.
