I entered my card details and submitted, but there is no user feedback from the BT site to say if the renewal was successful (or not). My renewal date (12 August 2016) has stayed the same - so I'm left with the feeling that it has not worked. I have mailed Stephen, but no reply, what must I do? Please advise?
