iOS should hightligh phone numbers in the HTML. When a number is tapped, it should ask to dial. If this isn't happening, something isn't workign as designed. In buzztouch v1.5 you can turn this feature off so phone numbers are not autodetected. In buzztouch v1.4 all numbers that iOS can recoginze should be selectable.

I am unable to tap on a phone number in 1.4 and get my phone to dial a number. I have the phone number within HTML code. I get the error: the web page at tel:123-456-7890 might be temporarily down... not sure what the issue is.

My response here http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=FC4723862E9303084C0DC54 assumed you were using 1.5 - not so I see. This means you can disregard the advise on that screen about the advanced settins. v.4 apps dont' have advanced settings on each screen. So... back to the mystery. Have you tried this on a device? v1.4 is super reliable with phone dialing, not sure what else to advise?
