When I first install/download my apps created with buzztouch from the App Store the screen only has two of the nine buttons showing and you have to refresh it to get it working. Apple passed 3 apps with this error but has since rejected my current app that I have submitted, stating this as the reason for the rejection. Can anyone help with what the cause of this maybe? Does it do that in the simulator? or on your test device before you submitted it. Are the images on the device or are they URL's.

Sounds like you didn't update the config.txt in Xcode prior to submission. You can grab this code from your control panel and update the app in iTunes to stop this happening. You follow? Many of us have done this.

Essentially the app is showing an out of date config file, the refresh corrects thus and brings your changes to the app.

Yup. Just copy the CONFIG.TXT data into your project and replace whats there. Then when you update your app it will be good.

Make sure you do a Product...Clean first, just to make sure you break any old links and everything starts fresh. Mark

Changes made, very easy to sort thanks to you guys. App now resubmitted - fingers crossed that it gets accepted.
