Dumb question: Is it important? I'm asking because the title of the forum post made me giggle. I'm so sheltered in CA, I have no idea show this cat is and wonder if I should. LOL.

Yeah David, it is!! However they have not only copied an app idea I created (we discussed on the forum people thoughts on plagiarism) but worse, copied someone else's metadata and screenshots that are already for sale. Someone has done the same to me and I've reported it. The person that did it to me has cut and pasted my metadata and they have not bothered to read what it says as their app says it is owned and created by us!! I would have thought the possibility of apple removing there account for that.

I'de hate to send a nasty email to a fellow BT-er without at least learning more about your claim. Super bogus to think that folks would do this. I guess the dude in the app is famous or something? Why else would somebody copy it? We'll get to the bottom of this for sure. Not cool - at all. I'll look for your email.

No worries. I've found the exact app you're mentioning. Screen shots at App Annie and BT control panel are the same. 100% certain the app is the one you're referring too. Jot down your thoughts about "what happened" and "how it happened" and we'll go from there. Try to explain how you think it was copied, pirated, whatever. So frustrating!!!
