Removing Refresh Icon

This is probably pretty simple, but how do I remove the Refresh Icon that appears on the top left of my app header? I am not sure what it is there for. Thanks, Mark

Thanks! So it actually looks like an interesting feature to keep. Does the icon need to be there if I just want it to auto-refresh for users?
