Buzzcon 2014?

Hi, I realise this is very early, but as i live far from US, it takes a bit of planning (and money) to get over the dam. Therefore - do you know if you are doing another Buzzcon in 14 and do you know dates and location? I'd love to go - and the sooner i start planning the better :) Kind regards, Kristian, Copenhagen, Denmark

Don't know about the next. I'm hoping the next one will be in Europe... possibly Oxford!

Oxford would suit me just fine! London is close and it will take about one hour to get to Oxford from there ? Are you involved in organising the next one? Cheers! Kristian

Yep... just one hour away from London. I already run the Oxford meets, so I would be stoked to see a BuzzCon falling in my hands! I'm hoping to have BuzzDay (A BuzzCon squeezed into a day) at the end of September. Trying to get that organised now.

Sounds great.. do send out the dates as soon as possible.. Easyjet is much cheaper if you buy tickets in advance :)

One thing I know we will do is announce a date and location well in advance, so that we can all find good prices for airfare. For Buzzcon13, I believe Warren had set the dates well over 3 months in advance. In the meantime, the GoToMeetings have been a lot of fun. Kristian, have you been to any of these yet? It would be great to meet you.

I'd love to go to the GoToMeetings.. However, I guess they are held in the US which makes it impossible for me to get there as I live 12 or more flighthours away :) I will for sure try to make it to the BuzzCon whereever it is held next year.

Aha... Thanks for clearing that up for me. I am sure I can get around a webcam. I'll try to make it for the next one.

Kristian_N Log into your Buzztouch account and top right side of the webpage has your account name. Click it. The next screen on the left hand side of page has a link {webinars, events}. You can then view training videos. Ask Susan Metoxen to send you an email with the scheduled webinars for developers. WE are currently working with a new code base that David Book is implementing. You are welcome to join our developer meeting regardless of skill level and I am sure you will love it. David is a great teacher and is telling us how to move forward with our learning. Susan is above in this forum thread. She is in charge of these meetings. Joe Sprott

I'll start announcing these on the forums too. While the discussion is technical and targeted to the developers, it is good to meet everyone. We can only share 6 web cams at a time, but there is usually a spot open to share your webcam an introduce yourself. Maybe I should schedule a meeting on the new Android that isn't a technical discussion. What do you think?

@Susan - A non-technical Android meet is just what I need! I have no idea about Android, but loads about iOS.

I think both a technical and non technical discussion to help new people using the platform Everybody will love this and we should talk about it to bring new people along. Joe

That would be sweet! I'll work on scheduling a less technical discussion of the new Android project. Smug has already given me a Maps document that could be part of the discussion.

Check out the latest Buzzcast for some great Android information. I have been using the new core in a big app, and it works great!

Hey guys, Just some exciting news I've got. In a few months time, BuzzCon will be taking place in Vegas. However, I'm already hearing of plans from an unidentified secret source (myself) that the next BuzzCon will be taking place in Europe, during September 2014.
