Menu with Image strange issues

Hello everybody,

I've already sent a PM to Susan about this, but I post it here too just in case anybody got these issues... and found a solution!

I'm currently upgrading an 'old' 2.0 self-hosted app. With great care, as I created it before the Design/Live mode implementation and with old plugin 'MenuSimpleAdvanced', so I have to be very attentive not to mess the existing app...

It's this app: http://itunes.apple.com/en/app/montreux/id532997515

So... I've created new menus with the 'Menu with Image' plugin, with new nicknames and all I have to do to test it without compromising anything is editing the config file so that the tabs match the new menu items.

Now, the problems...

First issue: I tap on the 5th tab, load the 'Menu with Image' (with its dedicated background image) and tap the 'Weather' screen (with another dedicated background image). Everything's ok. But now I tap on the 4th tab to load another menu (which has the same dedicated background image as the previous one), it doesn't load the background image:

... even if the file does exist!

Second issue: if I rotate the iPad to landscape, no button of the menu works anymore... Even when I rotate back to portrait!

Strange, isn't it?

Both issues happen only on my iPad 2 running iOS 5.01, and neither on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.01 too) nor on my iPhone 5 (iOS 6).

Here is the output: http://www.fusions.ch/downloads/montreux-2.0-app-bug.rtf (rather long, but interesting lines are in color)

Any idea of what's happening?

Thanks in advance for any help and best greetings

Jack
