Hello ... this is the 15th attempt at learning how to make APPs (only slightly exaggerating) ... any and all help in getting started and sticking with it is much appreciated. The intention right now is to create an APP for both IOS & Android that is similar to FaceBook but is for Homeless people to access (if you are familiar with CouchSurfing.org then that is another example) that would have a rating system like Amazon with Stars and Reviews of both the visitor and the host.
