New: Plugin Bug Tracker

A caveat before you read further: This is completely unofficial. :) I setup a domain for tracking bugs on plugins. You can access it at http://www.buzz-tools.com. Anyone can add a bug for any of the plugins on the site, but only developers can mark them as completed. If you're a developer and want your plugins available on the site, send me an email with your forum username. Hopefully this will help everyone - both developers and users. Eventually it may find its way onto buzztouch.com, but as for now it's completely unofficial. There's too many other priorities at Buzztouch to get to this at the moment. Sorry for being a bit short - it's 2:15am and I have to get up in about 5 hours. Also, one more note: since it's 2:15am, there may be a bug or two in the site that I overlooked. Sorry in advance. :)

Good work. This is defiantly needed. Can you add the buzztouch owned plugins also as a standard?

Great idea, Chris! One suggestion: add a 'Wished Enhancements' field! Cheers Jack

David's free plugins are now on there. I've had a couple of developers PM me asking to add me to the system. That's great because it gives me your forum name. However, I also need your email address. Sorry, should have been more clear above. :)

Nice one Chris. At the moment, if we put up a forum post, we are not sure if the posts are being seen or acted on by plugin authors, so I think this is a great idea. I've added a couple of bugs already - what is the process that happens after that? Does the person logging the bug get any updates or visibility? Cheers, Alan

The developer can see who posted the bug - it will be up to them to follow up. Also, adding the forum link will give a way to follow up.

Nothing with the tracker. What happened was user error - that I will blame on Apple ;) when I copy-pasted link: ON PC/Chrome for this thread I get: https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=3A7B47D491CD65E40B3E526&tid=3A7B47D491CD65E40B3E526 On iPad1 Safari, I didn't notice that it only only displays up thru "thread.php" and leaves off the fid info.

Tonight I noticed that tally now only shows 6 open and 2 in progress. Are all others considered "Completed" and that is why no longer showing?

Edited: Is there a way to leave those marked "Completed" so we know what to download? Of course there is.. that's what I get for looking quick at lunch. Thanks!!!
