Hi, i bought this plugin but i'm having problems. I have created 3 buttons (rows) but only show the first. 3 rows created at BT panel: http://img547.imageshack.us/img547/9885/rzva.jpg Menu in AVD only 1 row: http://img547.imageshack.us/img547/9919/lp67.jpg By other way, as you can see, the row icon and row description are missing. Of course i have the icons at res/drawable. Anyone can help me?

Did you refresh the app? Another thing that can happen is that the home page changes to the most recently added screen. You can check that in Layout.

@susan, not to hijack the thread, but just curious if you knew that Menu With Image isn't loading local thumbnail images with iOS 3? Only url thumbs seem to work.

@angry ninja, I repaired that problem and uploaded a new package a few days ago. @vincintin, I haven't seen that problem before in 2.0 or 3.0. Do you see the rows in your JSON? I guess the next thing I would try is cutting and pasting the app JSON into your Xcode config.txt file.

Thanks, I seen it was updated but my thumbnails didn't pop back in after updating to the newest update submitted on the 2nd. I probably just need to delete the reference and re-add them in the CP. I'll give that a try :) Thanks for the update btw... always appreciated

First of all, you can get a refund for your plugins from Stephen @ buzztouch if you would like to. But you have also invested your time, so I hope you stick with us for a bit more. Buzztouch just went through a huge upgrade and we are still working through the kinks. Having said that, I don't think the problem you are having is due to the newer software. In your BT screens, the first item is your home screen. It looks like you have a BT_screen_customURL as your home screen rather than a menu screen. Check the Layout one more time, to make sure you have your home screen as the first screen. I hope you stick with us a bit longer, because buzztouch really is the best way to make apps, for guests and members. In fact, you can make a very nice app without purchasing any plugins at all.

@vincintin,, welcome to Buzztouch. I can see you've been having a frustrating time, but I just wanted to say that I think this is a good place to be to build my apps, hopefully you will find this out too in time. Things take a bit of working out but there are plenty of us here that are happy to help you. Since you offered permission to look at your account, I went ahead and downloaded the source code for one of your apps (the one in your screenshot from your first post in this thread). I'm working with 2.0 because i had a lot of problems with 3.0. Tried 3.0 with Api12 but the app crash on the launch. I dont think so. I am using Android 3.1 API v12 for v3.0 project with google play services as lib. With this config is the logcat previously posted. If i run an emulator with Google APIs v12 when i run the project eclipse opens another AVD with Android 3.1 API v12 because is not compatible. I must say another thing: my problems with v3 are not only for your plugin, nothing is working for me in v3, only a few things. Smugwimp was trying to help me but dont was possible to get working v3 for me. Regards P.D. Do you know why the plugin dont show the row icon?

Another day lost with buzztouch. And more money lost because my customer now dont want the app, a lot of time waiting for at least a mockup. Today i tried this plugin in my other free apps and have a lot of bugs too. For example, if you put a background image, the image is over the menu and you cannot see the buttons. I was talking about this problems on some spanish forums and there is a lot of people like me, they were hours and hours working with BT for nothing. I don't understand how you can sell non-working plugins or a membership without email or phone support. Of course you cannot teach to debug by phone but this are BUGS of your software (thanks to God never paid for the membership, i was thinking in pay the first day). I have bought some templates in chupamobile and codecanyon and never had problems, the same day i had the app in Google Play so i am sure that the problem is not mine. I can compile another apps, i don't have problems with another apps, only with BT so the problem is BT. I dont know if is because i work under Windows and you work on Mac but i cannot have good words for BT (like a lot of spanish coders as i have seen). I will wait another 24 hours because chris1 was trying to help, after that i will go to my bank and ask for a refund on my credit card for the money paid for this and other plugins. Sorry but i don't have more options and i dont trust on BT anymore. With the free version there are dozens of problems, i cannot pay for a membership.

Vicentin - I'm sorry you're still having problems. I am trying to help, so it's not really fair to say we are "without email or phone support". As for the plugins, they are relatively bug-free. I've tried hard to correct bugs as I see them and upload the fixes right away to the market. Other developers do the same. But Buzztouch also can't be responsible for every plugin developer's code ... neither can Code Canyon for that matter. We used to take the approach of testing every plugin submitted before placing it on the market, but it was taking way too long to get through our review and we decided to open the market up to allow developers to simply upload and make available. Please also remember that I am not doing this full-time. In fact, nobody at Buzztouch is. That's why the costs are so low. But we are trying our best to make things better - and they are getting better each day that passes. I'll take another look at the Menu with Image Advanced plugin and see if I can duplicate your issues. If I can, it will be easy enough for me to upload a fix tonight.

Okay - I figured out why the icons weren't showing up. It was a hangover from when we switched form the old plugin market approach to the new automated approach. I just uploaded a new version with the fix. I wasn't able to reproduce your background image problem though. I added a background image from a URL, set it to full-screen, and it showed up properly, behind the rows.

Ignore my last response - the update won't work for you yet. There seems to be an issue with the server where changes to plugins aren't being accepted. I've emailed David Book about this, but not sure when it will get fixed as he is out of the country at the moment. This is an issue with all plugins, unfortunately, which may explain a lot of your problems.

Hi Chris, I understand that you are trying to help me but when i talk about support i talk about REAL support. You (buzztouch) can set up another payment for extra support with a ticket system without need to wait 24 hours for every response. We are four days with this problem and need to wait a few days more because we are talking through a forum system. If you implement a ticket system only for members or people who paid extra money, all will be more fine. If you want access to my computer via teamviewer there is no problem, if i need to pay for your work there is no problem but I NEED this working ASAP. Regards and thanks for all.

We've talked about that, and hope to get there eventually. The problem is that you have to first pay someone to be 'on-call' and then hope the support requests come in.
