At a recent iOS Developer Meetup in Irvine, I heard from an indie game developer that she uses an SDK from various providers. Try searching for peer-to-peer iOS Game SDK. -- Niraj

This is where Game Center integration comes into play. Apples backend servers handle all the logging in, user management, keeping track of players moves, etc... Wenderlich has some incerdible tutorials to build one. They are def not for the faint of hart. This is an older one I toyed with a while back. It has been updated so this tutorial is not one I'd suggest - but it gives you an idea of what is involved to build something like this... http://www.raywenderlich.com/5480/beginning-turn-based-gaming-with-ios-5-part-1 I've been trying to make my Hangman code multiplayer and using some of the tips from the Wenderlich tutorials. I'm working from the 2nd edition of that book. Progressing slowly in the time I have!
