Hi If one has a limited amount of installs that will be not more than 1000 on iOS and 1000 on Android, is it needed to get app in stores? Easy Peasy. iOS is always a little more involved, but fortunately it's not as bad as in previous years. You'll have to get an 'Enterprise' developer account, at $299 per year rather than the usual developer membership @ $99 a year. This will allow you to distribute apps to devices outside of the App Store, in quantities larger than the 100 test devices that an individual account does. https://developer.apple.com/programs/enterprise/ Hope this helps. And a couple of years agao I looked into the enterprise licence, I found the Apple rules for who you are allowed to distribute to under this licence are pretty strict. Long story short, it only seemed to apply to employees of one business.
