Hey @acschcs, Try a real device first. Don't panic. Make sure it's in your folders and referenced. LA

As @LA says, don't panic! You need to provide us with more information for us to help you, otherwise it's impossible. What image? Which screen have you added it to? How did you try to add it? Have you added the image to the Res > Drawable folder? Is it an image at a url? Be as detailed as possible and we can help you!

Did you put a copy in your BT folder in your project? LA

There you go! Have you added the image to the Res > Drawable folder in your project?

Here is what it is, I downloaded the image from the internet. Decided that i wanted that image on my app. I uploaded the image on the home screen of my app with buttons over the top. and to be sure LA this is in both eclipse and xcode. overall I think it is something to do with the image format or the image size

Just be careful with infringements and copyright issues with images off the net. Take out the special characters. LA

So, basically i have to upload the image, and then download the source code and then put the image file in the res > drawable BT file?

Yes with no caps and special characters. Reference it in your project also. LA

So, I have to upload the image and also input the image in the BT folder? that would make it really confusing.

To add to the confusion... In Eclipse you add it to the Res > Drawable folder in your project. In xcode you add it somewhere else. For Android the image looks to be very big. Large images in some plugins can cause problems, try and make the size something like 640x960. At that size it should look ok in a phone and tablet. The file name looks ok, but as @LA says, it's safer to just use letters, all lower case. You don't need to put the image into the project if you use the url option in your control panel - (http://locationofimage.com/image.jpg)

No problem! It's tough when you're starting out, but it does get easier!
