Huge bug to report with Appirater and Scringo

Hi guys, Loving scringo. I integrated it into an app, and and then integrated Appirater with this guide: http://buzz10.x10.mx/buzz10/Installing%20Appirater%20in%20your%20BT_app.pdf Turns out, they will NOT wrk together. If you have both integrated, if you hit YES to rate, nothing will happen (but actually, it launches the app store IN the slideout for Scringo, so you wont see it till you try to use Scringo. Can someone please replicate the problem and see if they can find the solution? I am seriously stumped. To replicated, simply make a new app, integrate appirater (debug mode YES) with that guide and add Scringo. Launch app, try to to rate YES/RATE, notice that the popup goes away and nothing happens. Now try using Scringo. Any help would be appreciated - thanks! David

I'm still using the old version of Appirater that launches the App Store separately - it works perfectly..I guess the only difference is that it doesn't use the storekit framework to show the app. If you want an easy fix I could send you the files

Sent! the first post of this thread should cover it - http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=B60C6EE41CD7D289048B0F4&tid=B60C6EE41CD7D289048B0F4 That tutorial is a year old so one small thing has changed which I'm sure you would have figured out. Step 4.3 tells you to add an applicationWillEnterForeground method, but in the current version of Buzztouch, that method already exists. So for that step all you need to do is find that method and paste [Appirater appEnteredForeground:YES]; inside of it

Hey everyone! I don't mean to hijack this thread, but has anyone tried integrated the latest version of Appirater with their BT 2.0 app? The latest version is 2.0.2 and I've followed the steps posted above with little success. Actually, Appirater seems to work as it should in the simulator, but when I use the app on my actual iPhone, I don't receive a prompt despite debug being on. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :) Thanks!! Nicholas

After some tweaking, Appirater works just fine! Thanks anyways, BT community! :) Nicholas
