As of April 20th 2015, Google officially put that code to rest and replaced it a newer versions of YouTube APIs. It is not a matter of instructions or not, the code in that plugin just will not work. It should be either rewritten anew or taken off of the plugin market in order not to confuse potential buyers. See with CMCOFFEE whether he could sell you the "single video" version of his excellent plugin https://www.buzztouch.com/plugins/plugin.php?pid=EBE896B7CF6AD216F25A7C9 Or, you may be able to make a YouTube playlist of one and use his plugin as is now.
