Menu row positions on screen

I'm sure this is easy, but when I have just two rows on a menu simple, can I space them out on the screen so they're not squished up against the nav bar? Thanks, Sarah

Have you tried messing around with row height from the control panel?

Alan, Yes, but only tentatively. I'll do that a bit more and see what happens, thanks.

Ok, no luck with messing around with row height- that squishes the rows together, or up "under" the nav bar...

hmm, An easy bodge is to create a row with no description and use the same plugin as the row you create beneath it. That will give you a row sized gap. Alternatively, I am fairly sure what you want to achieve is do-able with the menu with image plugin. Also, there is stuff on the plugin discussion area that helps you change the size of the header height. Might be worth a look?
