Hello, I wanted to make a music app that includes audio in it such as MIDI. The problem is that there is not a plugin type for audio for android, is there a solution to this because I saw one of the screen shots that had an audio player? anyone that could help will be much appreciated thanks Alec

Hello Alec, welcome to Buzztouch. You can create an app which streams an audio file either from server or from local file (file included in your app) using the AT53 Video Player plugin. I have not seen some one using it locally in the app but i know few guys who have used it for streaming either mp3 files from their servers or for streaming an online radio station. Also i would like to make it clear that i have not used this plugin myself so, it would be better for you to ask @Atrain53 more about it.

Hi @acschcs, Android does have a default media player when called upon. Do you plan on streaming these online or storing them in your App? LA

Storing in my app, because the midi files are only about 77kb

but I don't want a video player, just an audio player

This plugin plays audios too just check other apps created by this developer. You will come to know what i mean. He has streamed some rtsp and html port80 links using this plugin. I know this because i know the developer...

Thanks, but you would have to have internet to play those audios

and plus, I am not really sure how you would import this to buzztouch source code, I am just a beginner. It would be better if there was somekind of tutorial. thanks anyways

@acschcs, You would have to create an App on Buzztouch to store your files locally here. This is easily done with small files. LA
