Hi, Just seeing if there are any coders/app builders out there that would be keen to help me out. I would just like to know how it works and roughly how much it would cost to get help with coding. I would like to create an app were users can access there device camera and photo library to bring photos into a screen were they then have the options to add a range of images as "image overlays" to there pictures. I would like to know how complex this would be. And roughly how much this could cost?
