Can you make a website that plays nicely with mobile devices and integrate it in an app via the HTML or url plugins? It integrates with all the payment options you said. You can use it for 10 products free, its tiered pricing for more and let's you set shipping rates etc. Not got round to testing it inside app URL screen yet but should be fine.
