AT53 video not showing on local

Hi I've read the previous posts but it didn't help me. I've downloaded the big_buck_bunny.mp4 and tested the url vs local setup. when I type in the url it works perfect, but when I add the video to my BT_Video folder and write big_buck_bunny.mp4 in video file name I get the error: BT_fileManager: File does not exist in Xcode bundle: big_buck_bunny.mp4 I don't understand what I do wrong, any help?

Hi @Djdios, Did you drag over your video file and put it in the correct folder? LA

@Djdios, You dragged all the corresponding folders over to your xcode project? Did you do a rebuild? LA

@Djdios, Then I'm not sure without seeing Logcat and a little more info, but I would email the developer for assistance. LA

If it works via URL and not Local, I feel LA is looking in the right area; check your file paths and make sure your file is in the right place. Make sure you've 'added' the document into the project, not 'copied' the document into the directory; big difference. https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Adding_Files_To_A_Project_v1.0.pdf Cheers! -- Smug

It is in BT_Video and added the file as mentioned in the pdf. Under the screen in buzztouch I write in video file name: big_buck_bunny.mp4. Should this say something else?

I've snooped through the code, and everything looks just fine. I'm not sure why it's not playing. It's the same file, just local? or is it a different file? Did you erase/delete the dataURL in your control panel, leaving only the filename as a source for the video file? If you've added the file in accordance with the pdf, did you 'type' in the filename in your control panel? can you check for syntax issues? Cheers! -- Smug

oh, and you may want to ensure your BT_config.txt file is the most recent; you may have made a change in your control panel that isn't reflected in the app yet. Go to your control panel and choose 'configuration data' (or 'json data') and copy the latest config from the control panel and paste it into your BT_config.txt file in your app (over write; don't append) That may help too. Cheers! -- Smug

Yes it is the same file. I erased the url and in the controlpanel. How do I check the syntax issues? I just did the BT_config.txt overwrite but it didn't change anything unfortunately. Appreciate your help.

Smug, it works! I tried one last time of adding the video, and I've apparently forgot to tick off ad to target. I'm sorry if I've wasted your time, and I appreciate your help.
