I typically use 'iShowU HD', which I actually kind of dislike, but that's just because I hate all things Java. However, other than the usual java 'springy' software response, it works ok. Apples Quicktime (if you're on a mac) has built in screen capture capability, but no audio. Cheers! -- Smug

On Windows, that would be Camtasia, but it will set you back for $300. For screencasts, you may try this: http://atomisystems.com/activepresenter/free-edition/ I haven't used it myself, but some people I know, recommend it. It is free anyways.
