I am attaching screen capture. It would be helpful to know what device they are using...some Samsung devices seem to have issues with Buzztouch apps. But, without hooking their device up to Eclipse or something so we can look at LogCat, or without them providing a crash report or something like that, it's almost impossible to debug from just that image. It's pretty sweet and gives you full crash reports. You can even set it up for capturing everything that goes to Logcat. Comments Consider installing the new Twitter SDK, Fabric.io. There are literally hundreds of devices, and most have their own little changes to the Android OS that could impact apps. If you can hook it up to a debugger, you might be able to get some info.
