Strange a user complaining about config data error

Hello , My App is live in play store there are occasional crash reports nit more than one in 15 days but today a user reported strange error , just after installation he seeing the error that app couldn`t load configuaration data .. Interesting. It would be helpful to know what device they are using...some Samsung devices seem to have issues with Buzztouch apps. But, without hooking their device up to Eclipse or something so we can look at LogCat, or without them providing a crash report or something like that, it's almost impossible to debug from just that image. Mark

Consider installing the new Twitter SDK, Fabric.io. It's pretty sweet and gives you full crash reports. You can even set it up for capturing everything that goes to Logcat.

Thanks For the reply Chris & Mark , I think this error may be mobile specific because I have never seen such error in the past. @Chris Just saw Fabric looks interesting .. will give it a try,Thanks

Yeah, that's one of the problems with Android. There are literally hundreds of devices, and most have their own little changes to the Android OS that could impact apps. If you can hook it up to a debugger, you might be able to get some info. I'll have to check out Fabric.io as well! Mark
