Does anyone know what happens with NAD Advanced Quiz? I have self-hosted version 3.0 and it doesn't work at all, screen is empty: background color or image is shown, but questions and answers are not present. I already made few apps which contain this plugin before, and all work fine. At the same time BT Interactive Quiz works, but I prefer NAD's. In a chat conversation with him yesterday, I know he's found his problem, and will be returning with an update soon. He's just making sure that things work reliably.
