Record a tune when buttons are pressed?

I am working on a Beat Boxing Sound Board app for iPhone, and I am trying to find a way for the user to be able to Record his or her tune made with the app. I have seen the Record n Play plugin, but that records the microphone from the device as well and also there is no way to Share the tune via email or social networks. Has anyone ever found a way to achieve this? The Home Screen is like this: http://gyazo.com/46f577e9db3b5ee7b88b5d649a3f1000 I already have made the sound files play when the button is pressed. Thank you, Raoul

Hello @SmugWimp Do you think that this can be achieved by modifying the Record n Play plugin? I would have no problem using the Record n Play plugin, but is there a way to set it so when the Record button is pressed, it will automatically go to the home screen, then record for only a limited time, maybe like 5-10 seconds, then go back to the plugin, and let the user save the recording, and send to his or her email? Thank you, Raoul

I'm afraid I haven't played with any audio... I really don't know, sorry! Cheers! -- Smug
