You'll need to know how to do this for all new android projects. And it's very easy. But I wouldn't call it 'intuitive'. Or maybe I'm just thick headed. How do we get the maps to work in new android core? Do we just make sure google play services are integrated or are there other steps?

Perfect instructions! For me, I followed the PDF included with the code, but still couldn't launch the app. I was missing the step to delete google-play-service-remove.jar in libs. Once I did that my errors went away and my app loaded in the emulator. Thanks for the great instructions.

i did everything as per tutorial but still facing some problem. 1) i can not find any "google-play-services-remove.jar" file inside my project's lib directory while adding google play service as reference lib in my apps. 2) In my app i am using custom html and custom url plugins. after adding g play service as per tutorial above from smug when i exporting apk and install it and ruining apk in my device but app is just FORCE CLOSING everytime when clicking on that main menu items which are custom html and custom url. really tired. i'm trying to solve it from more then 3 days so it's request please my this two issues. help will be really appreciated.
