It's an email service that every Friday, send you handy information about the iOS App Store. Each email newsletter isn't long and says some really handy stuff about apps in general. I have been using them for one or two months and I have gained some really handy information. Also, if any changes are made in Google's or Apple's App Stores, the next issue will highlight them, so you'll know what rules have changed. It's just sensible stuff like app pricing, effective uses of marketing and what designs to use. Each newsletter, as I said, isn't long.
